Yes....!!! Thank you for the very informative newsletter!! We are what we eat for sure!?...I find that eating more on the vegetarian level really helps to improve overall body health.

I really enjoyed reading your newsletter as it reminds you to be careful in choosing foods that are more healthy. AVOIDANCE OF THE BAD FATS.. The bad ones are so yummy...but I do not get the cravings for those items anymore. Fatty and sugar foods are the worst.

I shall be in touch with you as I would like to order a few things in the next few days or so.
