We'll review of your current lifestyle choices, conduct in-depth non-invasive testing and assessments for a wide variety of conditions and identifying what it is you want to accomplish.

Each initial holistic health consultation follows this approach:
- We will educate you on the balanced body approach and its importance in achieving wellness
- We will review any current symptoms you may be experiencing or have concerns about
- We will review your current and past medical history
- We will complete several assessments to help you identify what's happening in your body and help you understand why
- We will discuss your personal objectives e.g. what you want to achieve, and how quickly
- Based on findings (above), you will receive a recommendation on the most appropriate plan
- Duration is up to 90 minutes for this appointment

About The Personalized Natural Health Plan Recommendations
This initial process of about 80-90 minutes provides you with a detailed snapshot of the current strengths and weaknesses in your various body systems, represents your baseline or starting point, and forms the basis for the personalized natural health plan.
The health plan contains recommendations that are focused on defining and addressing the root cause(s) of your concerns and because wellness demands your participation, defines what you'll have to do to achieve your objectives.

For new clients, a $50 credit card deposit is required upon appointment confirmation which will only be processed with your initial counselling fee on the day of your appointment.

- If you must change your appointment time, please provide us with 48 hours advance notice of rescheduling to avoid possible penalties.
- If you fail to appear for your appointment on the agreed day and time, the $50 deposit will be processed and is non-refundable. This is used as payment for the time you reserved and that we made available exclusively to you.
