Natural Health Services appointments at the wellness centre
We all have days when schedules just don't work out the way we planned them so in order to deliver the best possible services to our clients booking appointments, please be aware:
- All services are by scheduled appointment day/time in advance and we do strive to maintain our schedule on time. The time is yours alone, we do not over book.
- For new clients, please arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you settled and for returning clients a few minutes should do just fine.
- Late appointment arrivals can result in shortened appointments, standard fees apply
- A 2 business day advance notice of appointment change is requested to allows others do who want that appointment time & avoid possible penalty charges.
We appreciate our clients thoughtfulness
If for any reason you can not attend your appointment and need to reschedule, please let us know 2 business days in advance so we can offer that time to another client on the waiting list. Thank you!
