Flash-Ease is a potent timed-release version of this trusted herb. Flash-Ease is standardized to 2.5 percent concentration of triterpene glycosides (the key active component) and includes dong quai, a noted Chinese herb, to further support the glandular system.
Each tablet contains a highly concentrated extract that provides 80 mg of black cohosh. A slow-release matrix process ensures a full 10 hours of release, yielding 2 mg of triterpene glycosides. For best results, take one tablet in the morning and one at bedtime. Each bottle contains 60 tablets, a one-month supply.

Recommended Usage:
Take one time-release tablet in the morning and one at bedtime. One tablet provides approximately 10 hours of time release herb for optimal day and night protection and delivers 2 mg of triterpene glycosides.
Ingredients:
Each tablet contains the finest dong quai root, and black cohosh root and rhizome (standardized to contain a minimum of 2.5% total triterpene glycosides, calculated as 27-deoxyactein). Other ingredients: maltodextrin, cellulose, stearic acid, dicalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Notes:
Do not consume Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) during pregnancy or while nursing.
