Processing Your Order

Your order is typically processed to shipping in 1 business day.

• For your protection: Our shopping cart uses SSL encryption to protect your personal information.  We do not store credit card information on this website.
• Order Processing: Approved credit card orders are processed and prepared for shipping same or next business day.
• Local orders, pickup in person at our offices at 1834 Lakeshore Rd. West, Unit 6, Mississauga ON L5J 1J7  We will credit your shipping fees, if any, at time of pickup
• Delivery: Orders are typically delivered to your door in major cities and towns by courier service in about 3-5 business days.  By using respected courier services, you are assured of secure, speedy delivery and your order arrives undamaged. 
• Website Pricing:  All prices on this website are in Canadian dollars.  
• Credit Card Statement: Your statement will reflect a charge from Lifesgoals Inc. which is our corporate business name.

 

Sorry, we do not deliver to post office box addresses.

The shipping choices for online orders within the United States and Canada are simplified and explained in the table below. We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays so any order placed on those days will be processed for shipping on the next business day.

Standard Shipping & Handling Fees

If your shipping address differs from your credit card billing address, you can add that information during checkout.

Postal Delivery	Post office delivery and/or any special order items (if noted) will be manually shipped via expedited service. Delivery is typically 7 business days following receipt of special order items.	We will contact you to confirm shipping costs and expected delivery dates prior to processing your order.
Handling	There are no handling fees.	We will do whatever it takes to get your order to you quickly.

Healthy You Naturally reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion, and expense, and is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.

Shipping fees charged reflect only part of the direct cost for us to ship your order to you.

 

Special Order Processing

Good to know: 99.999% of products ship from within your country.

For those very few special order items crossing the Canada/USA boarder via mail service, Healthy You Naturally will not be held responsible or liable for any problems/fees/duties that may result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you before we ship to you.

Fast Delivery is Typical

Please understand that typically, customers enjoy an average 3-5 day delivery once orders are processed but actual delivery times can vary depending on geographic location, strikes and unexpected weather beyond our reasonable control.  Locally within 2-3 days, nationally under 7

Special order delivery involving the USA/Canada boarder are subject to possible delay beyond our control.  We will confirm this with you prior to processing.

Product Back Order Processing

In rare cases we may experience stock shortages, but in the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will notify you of the situation and ship the remainder of your order immediately, shipping the backorder when it becomes available (at no additional cost).

Backorder Refunds

If we are unable to deliver your backordered item in a reasonable time period, we will refund you the item cost and all related taxes paid.  If we are unable to fill your entire order within a reasonable time period, we will issue a 100% refund.
