Processing Your Order
Your order is typically processed to shipping in under 1 business day.
In most cases, approved credit card orders are processed for shipping within one business day. You can mail or fax orders and we will process the order for shipping upon payment confirmation.
For local orders, pickup in person is available at our offices.
With few exceptions, orders are typically delivered to your door by courier service in just a few days. By using respected courier services, you are assured of speedy delivery and your order arrives undamaged.
Note: All prices on this website are in Canadian dollars. USA orders will automatically be recalculated at the current exchange rate and appear on your statement in US dollars.
Due to the enhanced level of shipping, we do not deliver to post office or postal boxes.
The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States and Canada are simplified and explained in the table below. Orders placed by 11AM EST Monday-Friday normally ship on the same business day and all orders within 1 business day.
Note: We do not process/ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays so any order placed on those days will be shipped on the next business day.

Healthy You Naturally reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense and is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
Our shipping fees ONLY reflect the direct cost for us to ship your order to you.
Special Order Processing
Good to know: 99.9% of products ship within your country.
For those few special order items crossing the Canada/USA boarder via Air Express, Healthy You Naturally will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that may result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.
Healthy You Naturally will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office nor responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Items subject to cross boarder shipping are clearly marked in the Natural Health Shoppe Online.
Delivery
Please understand that typically, customers enjoy an average 3 day delivery once orders are processed but actual delivery times can vary depending on geographic location, strikes and unexpected weather beyond our reasonable control.
Special order delivery involving the USA/Canada boarder is subject to possible boarder delay.
Back Orders
In rare cases we may experience stock shortages but in the unlikely event that any items in your order is unavailable for immediate delivery, we will notify you of the situation and ship the remainder of your order immediately, then ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional cost).
If we are unable to deliver your backordered item in a reasonable time period, we will refund you the item cost and all related taxes paid. If we are unable to fill your entire order within a reasonable time period, we will issue a 100% refund.
